  • After you sign up, you’ll get an email with an onboarding questionnaire. This is where you’ll tell us everything we need to create your training and nutrition plans.

    Once that’s completed, we’ll set up your account and build your program. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive instructions to download the app and log in.

    From there, you’ll unlock:

    • The educational video library

    • Full access to our coaching team

  • We’ve built The Young Muscle Project to be more accessible — but without cutting corners on support.

    Instead of just working with one coach, you’ll have access to all of YM’s coaches. That means more brains, more experience, and more perspectives guiding you. Between the fortnightly live calls, app-based check-ins, and direct messaging, you’re supported from every angle.

    This team-based approach lets us deliver high-level coaching, structure, and accountability — while keeping the price low and the value high.

    Whether you’re working towards fat loss, muscle growth, or strength, you’ll get a structured plan that fits your lifestyle and equipment — so you can stop guessing and start progressing with confidence.

  • No stress — we’ll teach you!

    You’ll get access to our video library where we break down exactly how to track your food step by step, plus tips to make it feel way less overwhelming.

    Our recipe guides also have barcode scannable meals — so you can just scan, log, and eat without overthinking it.

    And if you’re ever unsure or stuck, you’ve got direct access to our coaches. We’ll guide you through it so you’re not just following a plan — you’re learning how to actually manage your nutrition long-term.

  • Not necessarily. If you’ve got some basic equipment at home — like dumbbells, resistance bands, or a bench — we can build your program around that.

    The more equipment you have access to though, the more variety and progression we can include in your training. If you can get to a gym, even just a couple of days a week, it’ll open up more options — but it’s definitely not a must.

  • Yes — there’s no lock-in contract.

    If you ever need to cancel, you can do it at any time. Just make sure it’s before your next billing cycle so you’re not charged again. You’ll still have access until the end of your current paid period.

    To cancel, just shoot us an email at general@youngmuscle.com.au or send us a message in the app. No awkward convos, no guilt trips — just support when you want it.

  • Absolutely — this isn’t one of those programs where you get a PDF and never hear from anyone again.

    You’ll have direct access to our coaching team through the app, where you can ask questions, get feedback, and stay accountable. Plus, we run fortnightly live calls where you can jump on, learn, and chat with us in real time.

    It’s not just a program — it’s ongoing coaching and support from real people who actually care about your progress.

  • Yes — and it’s also ideal if you’re intermediate or more advanced.

    Your plan is matched to your experience level, your goal, and whether you’re training at home or in the gym. So whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your training with more structure and support, we’ve got you covered.

    You’ll also have access to video demos, education, and real coaching — so you’ll know exactly what to do and how to do it, no matter where you’re at.

  • The Young Muscle Project has everything you need to get strong, lean, and confident — with structured training, nutrition guidance, education, and direct access to our coaching team.

    But if you need specific programming to manage a current injury, you’re prepping for a photoshoot or comp, or you’ve got a highly individual goal that requires more detailed planning — you can apply to upgrade to 1:1 coaching.

    This option is by application only, and you can request it anytime — either through the contact page on our website or by messaging us directly in the app. We keep 1:1 coaching spots limited to make sure each client gets the attention they need, so if it sounds like the right fit, we’ll set up a quick chat to talk through next steps.
