So how does online coaching work?

We kick things off with a video consultation call to get a real picture of your goals, your history and where things have been falling over for you.

From there we build your training and nutrition plan from scratch, fully customised to you. You get weekly check-ins, ongoing adjustments and direct access to your coach the whole way through. It's personal, it's hands-on and it's built around your actual life, not just a perfect one.

Can online coaching actually get me results?

Honestly, some of my best results have come from online clients.

You get more personalised attention than you ever would in a group class or even with a PT you see once or twice a week, because your coach is across everything you're doing, not just the hour you're in the gym together. Your program is built specifically for you, you've got support throughout the week and your plan gets adjusted as you go.

The difference is just that it happens online, and for most women that actually makes it easier to stay consistent.

I've tried coaching before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Honestly, because most coaching just hands you a plan and disappears. We're not interested in that.

The whole point is to teach you how to eat and train for your body and life so you actually understand what's working and why. That's what breaks the cycle of losing it, gaining it back and starting all over again.

What does the support actually look like day to day?

Do I have to want to lose weight to work with you?

Not at all. A big part of what we do is helping women build shape and muscle, and honestly that's where some of the most dramatic transformations come from. If your goal is to fill out your frame, build a rounder glute, get stronger or just feel more athletic in your body, that's exactly what we're here for too.

Won't lifting weights make me bulky?

This is probably the most common thing we hear and the short answer is no.

Building huge muscles as a woman is genuinely hard and takes a long time. What lifting actually does is create shape, definition and that "toned" look that most women are after. The bulk fear is one of the biggest things keeping women away from the training that would actually get them the results they want.

I just want to look more toned. Is that something you can help with?

Yes, and let me be straight with you about what that actually means. Tone comes from two things, having muscle and being lean enough to see it. Most women are missing one or the other. We figure out which one applies to you and build your program around that.

Do I need a gym membership?

We'd always encourage access to a gym for optimal results, but if you've got a decent home setup, we can work with it. At minimum you'd want dumbbells, an adjustable bench and resistance bands. Just know that equipment limitations will cap your results at some point, so while we can absolutely start there, the goal down the track will be to either build out what you've got at home or make the move to a gym. We're not going to let your setup hold you back from getting where you want to go.

Will I have to follow a strict meal plan?

We don't just hand you a meal plan and call it coaching. They have their place but the goal was never to have you dependent on one forever. We use them as a tool where they're helpful, but the real focus is teaching you how to eat for your body so you can eventually do this without needing anyone to tell you what to have for breakfast. That's what actually sticks.

How long until I see results?

Most of our girls start feeling a difference within the first few weeks, better energy, better training sessions, way less guesswork around food. Visible changes typically follow within 6 to 12 weeks depending on where you're starting from and how consistent you are. We're not here to sell you a quick fix, we're here to get you results that last.

What if I've got a lot of weight to lose?

That's exactly what we're here for. We work with women at all different starting points and there's zero judgement here. No cookie-cutter approach, just a plan built around where you're at right now and where you want to get to.

What about my technique, how do I know I'm doing the exercises correctly?

We don't just send you a program and hope for the best. You can submit technique review videos any time and get real feedback on your form so you're actually training effectively and not just going through the motions. Getting the technique right is half the battle, especially when you're progressively overloading, so this is something we take seriously.

Do you work with women who have hormonal issues or conditions like PCOS?

Yes, absolutely. Things like PCOS, hormonal fluctuations and a history of restrictive dieting all affect how your body responds and we factor all of that in from the start. Generic programs don't account for any of it. We do.
