Premium 1:1 Coaching

Work directly with your own dedicated Young Muscle coach who builds a personalised plan around your lifestyle and goals. With custom training, nutrition support, video feedback, and one-on-one accountability, this is the most tailored coaching experience we offer.


$99 per week

  • A private call with your coach to go over your goals, training history, lifestyle, and preferences so we can build a plan tailored to you from day one.

  • A personalised training plan designed around your goals, gym setup, and experience level — structured to maximise progress while fitting into your weekly schedule.

  • Get personalised macro and calorie targets with full guidance on how to track accurately, so you know exactly what you’re doing.

    You’ll also have access to over 200 recipe guides for variety and convenience, plus sample meal plans if needed to make hitting your targets even easier.

  • Each week you’ll complete a short check-in questionnaire so your coach can review your progress, challenges, and wins. From there, you’ll receive personalised video feedback with clear guidance on what’s going well, what needs adjusting, and how to keep moving forward.

  • Access to our full library of video tutorials, guides, and resources, plus connection with like-minded members in our private Facebook community.

  • Message your coach anytime through our app for support, questions, or feedback. You won’t be left figuring things out alone.

  • When there’s something that needs to be explored in more depth, you’ll have the option to book a private call with your coach. These are used as needed to dive deeper into strategy, training, or nutrition beyond your weekly feedback.

  • Your coach doesn’t just track your training, steps, and sleep — we also monitor biofeedback data that’s relevant to you. If you’re managing things like low energy, bloating, digestive issues, or stress, we’ll track those too and adapt your plan so progress is sustainable and health-focused.

YOUNG MUSCLE MEMBERSHIP

Work with our coaching team through a flexible membership that gives you access to curated training programs, nutrition guidance, 200+ recipes, our education hub, and private community. Get expert structure and weekly touch points to keep you on track.


$35 per week

  • Our coaching team will allocate you a program that matches your goal — whether that’s fat loss, building muscle, or improving strength. We also take into account your experience level and your preferred training schedule (3, 4, or 5 days per week) so your plan is structured to fit you from the start.

    *Please note, these programs require gym access

  • We’ll provide recommendations for your calorie intake and macros to match your goals, and guide you on how to adjust them over time.

    If you’ve never tracked before, you’ll have access to our full 10-step video series that walks you through the process from start to finish, plus support from our coaching team to make sure you feel confident. This way you’ll learn not just what to do, but how to do it properly.

  • Access our library of over 200 easy-to-follow recipes with full macro breakdowns and MyFitnessPal barcodes. You’ll never be stuck wondering what to eat, and you’ll always have quick, goal-friendly options at your fingertips.

  • Every week, our coaching team will drop you a message to see how you’re going, celebrate progress, and help with any challenges that pop up. It’s a simple way to make sure you always feel supported and connected, alongside being able to reach out to us any time you need.

  • Get access to our video education hub covering everything from training technique and gym confidence to nutrition basics and lifestyle habits. You’ll always know not just what to do, but why you’re doing it.

  • Get access to our members-only community, a supportive space designed just for women. It’s where you can connect with like-minded people on the same journey, share wins, ask questions, and know you’re never doing this alone.

  • Have a question or need guidance midweek? Message our coaching team anytime inside the app. You’ll always have support on hand when you need it most.
